Today, we mark the International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer under the theme “Global Action for a Cooler Planet.”
The ozone layer is a vital shield that protects life on Earth from harmful ultraviolet radiation. This year’s theme also highlights 10 years of sustainable cooling under the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol and the importance of making cooling more efficient and environmentally friendly.Protecting our environment requires action at every level.
