The Gakami Mustard Seed Foundation (GMSF) is committed to delivering its programs and services efficiently while ensuring fairness to all participants, partners, sponsors, and volunteers.
1. Training Programs
Participants who wish to cancel their attendance should notify the Foundation in writing:
At least 14 days before the commencement date to qualify for full administrative consideration.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program may attract administrative charges where costs have already been incurred.
2. Events
All event registration cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The Foundation reserves the right to:
Reschedule an event.
Postpone an event.
Cancel an event due to insufficient registration, emergencies, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3. Volunteer Placements
Volunteers are requested to provide at least seven (7) days’ written notice, where reasonably possible, if they are unable to continue with their placement.
4. Sponsored Activities
Sponsors wishing to withdraw financial or in-kind support should notify the Foundation in writing.
Where applicable, expenses already committed or incurred may be deducted in accordance with the relevant sponsorship agreement.
5. International Programs
Cancellations relating to international programs are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, embassies, insurance providers, and other third-party service providers.
The Foundation shall not be liable for charges imposed by such parties.
