A significant development has emerged in the conversation around the proposed development inside Imenti Forest. North Imenti MP Rahim Dawood, who had previously supported plans for an airstrip, golf course and State Lodge inside the forest, has now reversed his position, saying the project could harm the environment.
This brings us to an important question: Why must we protect our forests?
