The journey towards lasting peace and empowered communities cannot be walked alone. That is why today, Dr. Margaret Wanjuhi Gakami met with Citizen TV journalist, Linus Kaikai to discuss how strategic partnerships and the media can help amplify the vision of the Women Peace Cup.

The meeting focused on the role of collaboration in advancing peacebuilding, women’s empowerment, and community development. Through meaningful partnerships with the media, sponsors, community leaders, and like-minded organizations, we can expand the reach and impact of this initiative and inspire more communities to embrace peaceful coexistence.

This is not just a tournament—it is a movement. The Women Peace Cup uses the power of sport to foster dialogue, strengthen social cohesion, promote women’s leadership, and create safe spaces where communities can come together despite their differences.

We appreciate journalist Linus for taking the time to engage with this vision. Every partnership brings us one step closer to building stronger, more peaceful, and more resilient communities.

Small Seeds. Lasting Impact.
