G-MSF and Climate Works Riruta Champion Environmental Conservation Through Tree Planting

G-MSF, together with Climate Works Riruta, participated in a tree planting exercise at PC Kinyanjui Technical Training Institute, reaffirming our shared commitment to environmental conservation and climate action.

The exercise brought together passionate individuals dedicated to restoring our environment, combating the effects of climate change, and contributing to Kenya’s national target of planting 15 billion trees. Every seedling planted today represents hope for a greener future, cleaner air, protected water catchment areas, enhanced biodiversity, and healthier communities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Area Chief for the support and leadership, the Principal of PC Kinyanjui Technical Training Institute for welcoming this important initiative, and the entire staff, students, and college fraternity for their enthusiasm and active participation. Your dedication reminds us that protecting our environment is a collective responsibility.

At Gakami Mustard Seed Foundation (G-MSF), Environmental Conservation and Climate Action remain among our core thematic areas. We believe that sustainable development begins with protecting our natural environment, and we will continue partnering with communities, institutions, and like-minded organizations to promote tree planting, environmental restoration, and climate resilience for present and future generations.

Together, we can create a greener, healthier, and more sustainable Kenya.

Small Seeds. Lasting Impact.
