About Me Ms. Lucy Mwai serves as the Administrator at Gakami Mustard Seed Foundation, where she oversees the Foundation's day-to-day administrative operations and provides essential support to the implementation of programmes that empower communities and promote sustainable development. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, managing organizational records, supporting project planning and logistics, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the efficient execution of the Foundation's activities. Her dedication to operational excellence enables the foundation to effectively deliver impactful programmes in environmental conservation, climate change mitigation, community empowerment, education and skills development, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and sustainable livelihoods. Ms. Mwai is passionate about community service and believes that strong organizational systems are fundamental to achieving lasting social impact. She works closely with staff, partners, volunteers, and community leaders to strengthen collaboration, enhance accountability, and support the Foundation's mission of empowering communities for sustainable development and environmental resilience.
